Fix Transfer Cannot Reset

If the transfer cannot reset as shown below:

Follow these steps to fix the issue:

1. Open the Designer Launcher application and log in with the right username and password.

2. Proceed to step 5 if the gateway is already added, if not, click Add Designer.

3. Then click the Manually Add Gateway button.

4. Enter the correct gateway then click Add Gateway.

5. After logging in, open the correct project where the error occurs.

6. Upon opening the project, click the Tools on the upper left tabs.

7. In the Tools menu, click Script Console.

8. Copy and paste the code below in the Multiline Buffer:
