Work Order New Flows

Battery Cable v02

The previous Battery Cable flow is now replaced with the new Battery Cable v02 flow. The previous battery cable flow will now be removed from the list of the available flows where a work order can be finalized to. This flow consists of the following production steps:

1. Production Engineering
2. Parts Picking
3. Wire Marking
4. Cutting and Stripping
5. Crimping
6. Dip Soldering
7. Middle Inspection
8. Assembly
9. Heat Shrinking
10. Braiding
11. Final Inspection
12. Pack and Store
13. Done

Tool Making

A new Tool Making flow is now available for work order to be finalized to. This new flow contains the following production steps:

1. Production Engineering
2. Parts Picking
3. Steel Material Cutting and CAM Programming
4. Squaring, Drilling, Tapping
5. CNC Machining (1st Stage)
6. Heat Treatment
7. CNC Machining (2nd Stage)
8. Fitting and Polishing
9. Mold Assembly
10. Mold Testing and Trial (TO Testing)
11. Rectification (Tooling Adjustment)
12. Pack and Store
13. Done

Injection Molding
