If you are assigned the "Leave Approver" role, you are responsible for approving or rejecting the leave applications submitted by your subordinates.


STEPS TO TAKE:


1. Notification & Accessing the Application: When a subordinate files a leave application, you will receive an email notification. Click on the link provided in this email to be directed to the specific leave application on our system.


2. Reviewing & Deciding on the Application: Once you've opened the leave application, you'll have the option to change its status. You can select either 'Approved' or 'Rejected' based on your review. After making your decision, remember to click 'Save' and then 'Submit' to record the action.


3. Notification to the Employee: Following your decision, the employee who filed the leave application will receive an automatic email notification informing them of the status of their application – whether it has been approved or rejected.


4. Viewing Leave Schedules: To get an overview of all scheduled leaves for your subordinates, navigate to the 'Calendar View' list. From here, access the calendar for 'Leaves' and click on 'Show Calendar' to see all filed leaves plotted on the calendar.
